| is a single pass digital inkjet system, it is cofigurable from 140 mm width up to 1000 mm as print width, single color or multicolor. It can be easily integrated into production lines or out line as alternative to the contact print (flexo) with resolution of 180x180 dpi or higher, with the maximum operative flexibility. From corrugated cardboard to paper (pharmaceutic), to foodstuff; virtually everything that runs on a line can be printed; with the proper ink. Main features: - non contact print, - dramatic reduction of the downtimes for changing images and/or format (some minutes), - very low ink consumption, - print screen free, just in time production, samples as normal production. With reference to the food grade application (biscuits, waffles for ice cream, snacks etc.) we have developed the MiniXpress. It is a dedicated solution that has this features: print width 70 mm, - one or 4 colors, - food grade inks and components, - compact size for an easy line integration, - stainless steel for easy cleaning |
